Community Auctions is partnered with different non-profits across the country and we help each one raise money by setting up our silent auction display in businesses within their community. Our Fulfillment Manager & Customer Service Leader will be the leader for our team that calls the bidders that participated in the Silent Auctions across the country, to get payment and shipping information. They will also handle our customer service.

Mon-Thur 9am-6pm & Fri 9am-5pm
Summary/Objective
The Fulfillment & Customer Service Leader is responsible for the growth and support of Community Auctions as the main client of Community Connect Marketing Inc. The primary focus is increasing the dollar amount of proceeds raised for the charities involved in their portfolio.
Responsible for
Being the primary contact between Community Auctions, and the consumers that have signed up or purchased for items.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Properly escalating any customer complaints to Senior Leadership.
Maintaining a company 4 week rolling average above 51% collection
Ensuring the fulfillment team’s outreach is productive by using their time effectively and minimizing time in between calls, and coaching the team members as needed
Disbursing sign ups each morning
Closing up each evening and completely evening reports
