Now hiring smiling faces! Well established audiology group with 5 locations invites you to join our team to assist the Audiologists in the delivery of services to the hearing-impaired public. This exciting full-time opportunity offers learning and growth within the company for a caring professional who would like to develop their skills and knowledge while making a difference in patients’ lives. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire for personal growth are requirements for this position. 5+ years of experience in the medical field is preferred and audiology office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Office responsibilities include (but are not limited to):*

  • Customer Service
  • Greet incoming patients and visitors
  • Check patients in and out as needed, schedule follow up appointments
  • Answer phones and guide patients, answering their questions and concerns
  • Able to alternate between locations. Glen Lakes Dr., Garland Rd., Campbell Rd., Abrams Rd. and Preston Rd. offices are all within 10 miles
  • Help with front office, scheduling, medical records and phones as needed
  • Participate in various projects and/or complete other tasks as assigned by management Organization Skills*
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining patient files - Update and file patients medical records to ensure all changes and interactions with patients protected information have been documented
  • Clean/ maintain patient exam rooms and stock supplies
  • Assist Audiologist by cleaning, servicing, replacing, troubleshooting, and repairing amplification devices. Communication Skills*
  • Effectively communicate with practice staff and patients on a regular basis
  • Take and relay accurate messages

  • Must follow universal precautions and procedures for healthcare
  • Quick learner/ Self-starter/ Able to work independently and approach tasks with a positive attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and typing 40 wpm or higher
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks

$28k - $32k Annually plus bonus; PTO accrual offered, 401K matching; health insurance
