New Restaurant - HIRING Front of House Manager

Compensation $60,000+ per year based on experience

Mad For Chicken is a restaurant chain best known for its Korean style fried chicken and other Korean inspired dishes. We are relentlessly focused on quality and service excellence – we strive to keep our menu fresh which consists mainly of made from scratch ingredients. Our restaurants are also known for their distinctive rustic designs and comfortable ambiance making them a destination for groups of all sizes.

Position Overview:

FOH Managers are engaged in all aspects of daily customer facing operations to ensure Guest Satisfaction, Service, and Quality and Control standards are met. They support the GM with overseeing the FOH including the Bar, and have the ability to step into any role as required.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Guest Satisfaction

· Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements as necessary; building relationships with patrons

Quality & Standards

· Ensures all team members adhere to policies and standard operating procedures. Continuously assesses opportunities for improvement

· Esnsures all team members adhere to Federal, State, and local laws in addition to Company policies (ensures compliance with work authorization/ liquor service guidelines)

Marketing and Community Outreach

· Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing market dynamics

Team / Shift Management

· Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled employees, proactively address scheduling conflicts

· Accountable for cash registers, ensuring each register is properly funded with the correct amount of cash and close out each register to ensure all funds are accounted for

· Enforce workplace guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workplace, including monitoring/stocking supplies and maintaining public spaces

· Assists with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching new employees

Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant

· Minimum 1 year of Bar Management experience

· Valid Food Handler’s Certification

· Exceptional guest service skills

· Enthusiastic, High Energy, Respectful, and Hospitable

· Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic

· Ability to speak, read and write at a high level with guests and staff

· Attention to detail

· Execution oriented

· Able to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods of time

· Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· High school diploma
