Hiring Immediately Full Time Front Desk. You will be trained in all of our products and services to give knowlageable information to connect with consumers and generate sales.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Staying updated on retail products and promotions
• Respond to inquiry calls, emails, messages, texts etc... from potential customers
• Checking out customers and going through all the "how to care for" information including all warranties
• Collect all necessary customer information
• Log in all services to each customer
• Maintain a clean work space
• Upsell additional services when appropriate

Qualifications

• Previous office experience, preferably in the automobile industry (will train the right candidate)
• Posses basic math skills and cash handling experience
• Have strong phone and computer skills
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
• Posses general knowledge of vehicles
• Be able to communicate in Spanish (preferred)

Please Note: Must be available Monday-Friday hours of operation are 8am-5pm. In office position. Saturdays are as needed 8am-3pm
