We are open Monday to Friday 730 am to 4pm. We are looking for someone from 30 to 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Friday.

Must have a pleasant phone manner with a service oriented approach when dealing with customers. Experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Office is required. As is experience with photography, photo editing and website building.

This position requires a self- motivated individual who will excel at keeping busy and multi-tasking. Applicants must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing, have superior organizational and people skills.

Required Skills:

• Ability to positively interact with employees, clients, and vendors
• Ability to effectively handle a multitude of tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality a must
• Abilities to learn new software
• experience with photography, photo editing and website building.

Duties will include:

• Primary Phone coverage
• Greet guest and direct them accordingly.
• Set up and breakdown jewelry displays daily
• Customer service and sales, determine customer needs and help/ direct accordingly. Learn how to write up a custom Design or Repair.
• Photography & Photo editing
• Maintaining photo library and slideshows through Apple products
• Building and maintaining websites for multiple companies
• Will be required to be knowledgeable about Diamonds/gem stones and product we carry
• Maintain inventory - learn software we use for inventory
• Responsible for maintaining the appearance of Showroom.
• Maintain customer appointments
• Maintain project status
• File, scan, copy relevant documents

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
