The Eye Institute is a multi-specialist Ophthalmology practice, offering services ranging from comprehensive eye exams to specialty services including General Ophthalmology, Cornea, Retina, Glaucoma, Pediatrics and Adult Strabismus, Refractive and Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery.

About the position:

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for patient scheduling, registration, check in/check out processes, insurance eligibility verification as well as obtaining authorizations. Must have previous medical front office experience and be extremely dependable.

Required experience:

  • High school or equivalent, preferred.
  • One year working in medical office.
  • Contact lens experience, preferred.
  • Vision insurance experience, preferred.
  • Insurance verification experience.
