Hours- Approximately 24 hours a week.

Schedule-

Sunday- 3:30PM-9:00PM

Monday- 3:00PM-9:30PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday- OFF

Friday- 8:30AM-3:00PM

Saturday- 3:30PM-9:00PM

With the possibility to accumulate more hours.

Concierge are the first point of contact to all Residents, Guests, and Vendors. Concierge will provide superior service by being friendly and hospitable while enforcing all Association rules. Key responsibility is to ensure all areas of the building are secure.

Responsibilities

- Greet each Residents/ Guest upon arrival and offer assistance if needed.

- Stop all non-owner vehicles coming onto the property, inquire as to unit visiting; obtain signature and ID of all guests and contractors on premises.

- Do not provide access if guest is unregistered.

- Guests and Contractors must sign in and out, note time coming and going.

- Direct all residents/guest where to park.

- Receive deliveries and packages; notify unit owners of deliveries on the same day they are delivered.

- Confirm all moves in – move out and contractors are pre-approved by Management office before access.

- Announce all guest and service personnel to unit owners.

- Maintain contractor list and enforce permissible contractor hours which are (9am-5pm)

- Monitor parking lot, ensure cars are in assigned spaces, manage use of guest spaces, and enforce contractors parking.

- Walk perimeter at start and end of shift, ensure all doors are secure and locked.

- Patrol the premises every hour and report any unusual situation to Property Manager.

- Supervise pool area and return pool chairs in the correct place.

- Fulfill any other duties assigned by Management office.
