Currently, we are in search of Front Desk Sales Agents to join our team!

As a Front Desk Sales Agent, you are directly responsible for all Front Desk processes and procedures but most importantly selling Flight Club Memberships. Incentives are given such as a higher base pay rate as well as a commission for each membership sold.

Job Duties

• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
• Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to the guest.
• Operate cash registers for all guest transactions; managing financial transactions and balancing drawers.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
• Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
• Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures.
• Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Is able to stand for long periods of times and lift minimum of 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.
• Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
