Dr. Vadapalli is internationally recognized as a leader in otolaryngology (ENT). We specialize in providing forward-thinking care for each individual patient that walks through our doors and are looking to add an exceptional front & back office medical assistant to our growing staff and team. The Front & Back Office Medical Assistant supports the flow of patient care by providing excellent patient relations. Some responsibilities will include:

FRONT OFFICE-

• Greeting patients upon arrival
• Perform data entry
• Schedule patients as new patients or follow ups
• Obtain medical benefits
• Collect copay and coinsurance due
• Other duties as assigned

BACK OFFICE-

• Rooming and triaging patients
• Assist in surgery
• Keeps patient flow by processing patient efficiently and effectively
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of working in the healthcare field
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Superior customer service skills
• A high level of professionalism
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn
