JOB LOCATED IN A MAJOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA.

Must have daily reliable transportation to work. No excuses for transportation issues.

We are looking for EXPERIENCED FORKLIFT OPERATORS. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency, production goals, and safety. You must be a responsible individual with experience in driving power industrial vehicles (PIV). Your goal will be to ensure that materials and products will always be in the right place to achieve maximum production.

We offer bi-weekly pay and guaranteed FULL-TIME pay working only 14 days per month; shifts are 12hr shifts alternating days and nights.

Mask required for Interview.

Essential Functions of This Role:

• Ability to operate a midsize electric forklift in a FAST-PACED plant environment. Safely transport tires from the sort /paint lines to the Curing Presses. Ensuring the Curing Presses are adequately and properly supplied.
• Operator experience in a fast-paced environment. Understands what it takes to thrive and strive in a hustle environment while operating equipment safely.
• Usually need at least a minimum of 1 yr sit down Forklift experience.
• Must be able to follow directions, have a good working attitude, and understand/follow all safety practices.
• Utilize proper time management skills to ensure work is being performed to meet established productivity standards. Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance. Trucker delays are to be kept to a minimum.
• Adheres to all forklift policies and procedures. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Exposed to plant elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Steel toes shoes and a mask are required for Orientation Class.
• Must have a mask for the interview. The interview office is at 920 SW Goodyear Blvd, Lawton OK. Eastside of the road.
• Good attendance and punctuality IS A MUST.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive work.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (days and nights). Overtime may be required.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• English reading and writing abilities.
• Some computer skills.
• Ability to memorize TIC codes.
• Ability to effectively communicate with, and coordinate activity and work with employees.
• Must be able to pass the Forklift Certification test.
• Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Test.
