Davenports is looking for a qualified individual to join their team in the capacity of FOH Manager. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, experienced in high volume restaurant/bar operations.

Davenports Restaurant with 2 established locations in Rhode Island and looking for the right people to help us grow. Winner of the Newport Chowder Fest "Best of the Best 2016".

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualified candidates will possess:

• 2+ years of managerial experience
• 2+ years of kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to establish and execute superior business operations
• Experienced in strategic forecasting and cost controls
• Act as an ambassador for the vision, the brand and the direction of the Company
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down
• Supports a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in the integrity of food, beverage, and service
• Emphasizes ongoing training of staff to the best of their abilities.
• 1 day off on the weekend and 1 day off during the week.
• 50-55 hours a week.
