StretchLab Redmond (Redmond Town Center) is seeking a dependable, energetic, and self-motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and the StretchLab brand!

POSITION:

We are looking for a Fitness Membership Sales Associate to undertake all receptionist duties at the front desk. You will be the "face" of the studio for all current and potential members and are responsible for the first impression we will make. Our ideal candidate is friendly with an upbeat, easy going personality, while also being perceptive and solution focused. Your goal is to make everyone that enters the studio feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued being the bow to overall great customer experience.

This is a part time, W2 role with 15-25 hours of available work.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Effective sales and customer service skills

· Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information, from a customer-oriented approach

· Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system

· Ability to stand or sit for up to 4-6 hours throughout the workday

· Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text and email

· Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist management with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm appointments
• Greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Establishing a relationship and targeting member’s needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Follow-up with leads
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
