As a Fire Technician at TRL, you will help install fire alarm devices, run wire, and performing basic construction duties including demolition, construction rough ins, project prep and clean up.

Essential Functions:

• Install fire alarm devices such as pull stations, smoke detectors, strobes, and horns.
• Pull different types of cable through job sites.
• Work with the Lead/Foreman of the project to make sure devices are installed correctly.
• Understands how to read and interpret blueprints/drawings for project installation.
• Monitors and updates tickets/tasks/activities assigned to them in company CRM.
• Performs good housekeeping while on a project site; keeping work area clean and organized.
• Operates and understands the use of all tools and equipment needed for the project.
• Adheres to all workplace safety expectations, regulations, standards and practices.
• Displays an understanding of and the functionality of the Fire Life Safety systems installed.
