You will manage various production operations respecting budgets and deadlines. You will be in charge of supervising the production team to meet the objective's set. In addition, you will manage the technical and office staff.

AS A PRODUCTION MANAGER IN THE WIND TOWER FINISHING DEPARTMENT, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Manage the entire supervisory, technical, and office teams;
• Mobilize employees and guide their work to optimize their efficiency;
• Determine with the project managers, work methods to meet the contract requirements;
• Review and analyze production processes to improve work methods;
• Participate in decision making related to the non-conformity treatment and corrective action implementation;
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment;
• Ensure implementation of health and safety objectives;
• Ensure the optimization, improvement, and standardization of the internal processes and work methods;
• Assess the employee's development needs and ensure they are well trained;
• Assure compliance with the company’s hazardous material management programs;
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.
