We are hiring Sales Focused Sr. Financial Consultants that help educate clients about various financial solutions that are available that will enable them to pay off their debts faster and smarter.

Debt Resolution Pros is looking for industry professionals local to S Florida (Deerfield Beach - Ft Lauderdale - Pompano Beach) with Debt Resolution/Settlement and Sales experience that are looking for a better and more lucrative opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales by educating clients on the various financial solutions available to resolve their debt.
• Manage lead pipeline to maximize production and efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date note logs using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Adhere to all internal and industry compliance regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment.
• Support client base by answering questions and assisting with requests they have.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Debt Relief/Settlement experience or similar experience is required
• 2 years of sales experience (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - looking for English & Spanish/English Bilingual
• Ability to utilize consultative sales tactics.
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/ability to converse with customers, type and navigate various CRMs and other applications at the same time
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Full-time schedule availability
• Punctual and reliable

Job Type: Full-time (W2)

Pay: Up to $120,000 per year and beyond

Physical setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• 9am to 6pm M-F and one Saturday per month from 10am to 3pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Debt Relief or other similar Financial Services: 3 years in total required

Work Location: One location

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
