Financial Analyst I – Manufacturing

• 70%- Handles daily time keeping functions for over 60+ Downstream contract companies (5-7 companies assigned per individual. Includes the review and data entry of straight time, overtime, equipment, per diem and travel in the Maximo system. Produces reports to ensure the day balances and researches audits.

15%- Researches and provides clarification on any discrepancies with the timesheets. Counsels CVX/vendors on payroll matters around bad-work orders and service orders.

15%- Ad hoc duties such as: system clean-up, record filing per corporate retention schedule, resource code verification, inactivation of contractors no longer onsite

• Work Schedule – 4/10 (OT Friday and Sunday possible)

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $24 - $26 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
