Compensation: Pay per visit with mileage reimbursment

Compensation: Pay per visit ranging between $60.00 - $80.00. (dependent on visit type)

We are seeking skilled, professional nurses who:

• Are responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients.
• Can develop an implement a plan of care that meets eac patient's specific needs according to the supervising MD orders with agency policies and procedures.
• Actively participates in in- service programs
• Counsels the patient and/or family in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Continually communicates patient care to office staff, involved clinicians, and supervising MD's to ensure that every single patitent receivew the care that they deserve and need.
• I.V. infusion is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Professional License (RN)
• Valid CPR card
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Car Insurance
• (Comfortable in using online electronic medical record (EMR) system for documenting) We use Axxess.
