Directly supervises and coordinates activities of workers in the construction and installation of skid mounted gas processing plants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (following are accountabilities included but not limited to):

. Recognizes and communicates to Field Superintendent and/or Project Construction Manager any issues or problems associated with work being performed.

. Coordinates, directs and leads workers engaged in construction and installation of skid mounted gas processing plants.

. Assigns work to employees based on production need and skill sets.

. Supervises crews to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork and pride.

. May suggest personnel actions such as promotions, hires, and training requirements.

. Analyzes and resolves minor worker problems and brings larger work issues to the Field Superintendent to be addressed.

. Possesses a willingness to provide coaching and instruction to less experienced team members.

. Relates to clients, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional, courteous and respectful manner, appropriately responding to their complaints.

. Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Field Superintendent or Field HSSE Coordinator.

. Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

Education, Training and Experience:

. Two or more years of experience in progressive leadership roles.

. Four or more years of experience working with gas processing plants/equipment.

. Technical or vocational degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
