Link Freight, Inc. a FedEx Ground contractor, is looking to hire both full & part time AVP delivery drivers. We are looking for team members who are safety minded, dependable, have a positive attitude and come prepared each day to get the job done. Successful drivers put safety first and care about customer expectations and satisfaction. As an AVP delivery driver you will be delivering packages out of your own vehicle. Drivers will be delivering to the Iowa City & Coralville area. This is a dense area with lots of stop opportunities with few miles/gas.

No CDL required! FedEx/Amazon/UPS/DHL/Uber/DoorDash experience is a plus. Approved vehicles include sedans, station wagons, SUVs, minivans and pick-up trucks (with a covered and secure bed) that are 2009 or newer, and have no significant cosmetic damage. Proof of insurance and vehicle registration are required.

Starting Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour, or more

Schedule: Full-time is 4-5 days a week and Part-Time is 2-3 days a week. We are open flexible weekday hours and Saturday availability as well.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must have a SUV, truck with covered bed, minivans, or station wagons 2009 or newer
• Able to deliver 60+ stops per day
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
• Delivering packages to the correct destination
• Accurately scanning and logging packages
