Wilson & Company is seeking a Federal Project Manager to join our Albuquerque team. This individual will work closely with our federal group in leading a multidiscipline team and perform layout and detailing primarily on military installations, national laboratories, and other various federal clients.


Required Skills
  • Lead projects in a dual management role as needed.
  • Projects include planning, new construction, and renovations.
  • Independently coordinate work of a multidiscipline team through multiple phases of a project. Establish owner/client and internal meetings and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
  • Conduct work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Federal design staff, internal and external team disciplines.
  • Coordinate workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule.
  • Review project documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.
  • Write and edit engineering specifications.
  • Perform QA/QC and technical reviews.
  • Provide construction contract administration as needed. Coordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, shop drawings, submittal reviews and change orders.
  • Incorporate agreed-upon changes into project documents.
  • Support marketing proposals as needed
  • Develop Task and Project Proposal


Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years’ experience in institutional facilities or infrastructure design, with a focus on military and national laboratory construction and renovation-related projects.
  • Registration as a Licensed Engineer is required

Annual Salary Range: $63,000 - $109,000
