We are seeking an Oklahoma licensed mid-level provider(who can see patients of all ages) to join our thriving allergy practice. We have a total of five offices throughout northeast Oklahoma (3 in Tulsa, 1 in Owasso and 1 in Bartlesville). Duties will include but not be limited to: Direct client care to include evaluations, medication evaluations and treatment management. Completion of all required documentation, including progress notes, testing interpretation, medication pre-authorization, etc.in the required time frame. Applicants must be willing to travel through our three Tulsa offices, as well as cover our Owasso and Bartlesville locations as assigned.
