Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and take appropriate corrective actions
• Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Experience working with power tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings
