Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a wide variety of general building and equipment maintenance, repairs, and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, schedule, and complete items included in the “Total Productive Maintenance” Program (TPM)
  • Coordinates and executes special projects as directed by the Management such as Capex implementations, SHE improvements and special events
  • Completes routine planned and unplanned maintenance projects when needed
  • Responsible for supporting facility status/inspections and alerting Leadership of unusual occurrences and/or damages that have taken place or that have the potential to occur
  • Troubleshooting to include electrical, structural, plumbing and HVAC issues, and coordinating with outside vendors when required.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance experience and familiarity with CNC machining centers such as lathes, grinders, and mills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
  • Ability to interface with employees to determine their needs and provide a satisfactory outcome
