Reelcraft Industries, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of hose, cord and cable reels in North America. Our headquarters is in Columbia City, Indiana. We have an immediate opening for Fabrication Die Set-up.

As part of our dynamic team, candidates will set-up jobs on metal stamping presses and other manufacturing equipment.

Hours: 1st shift 7am-3pm with any OT coming in before 7am and some Saturdays 5am-11am when needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull and set-up jobs on presses and other manufacturing equipment
• Drive an electric truck to move materials as needed
• Assist employees who may have problems on jobs.
• Inspection of parts.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to prioritize requests
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solid work history a must with set-up experience

Pay: $17.75 - $19.25 per hour
