JOB TITLE: F-15 Contracts Manager
SUMMARY:
DAWSON is looking for the next Contracts Manager for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will manage all foreign military sales (FMS) contract management tasks, including but not limited to responsibility for managing the contractual relationship with the USAF in support of the Supply Support Personnel Program. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all contract matters arising under the program and include functions such as overseeing archival retention of all official correspondence applicable to the program.
- Engage with program teams on development of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
- Manage travel request and approvals.
- Managing the Contractor’s contractual relationship with the USAF in support of the Supply Support Personnel program
- Management of all contract matters arising under the program and include functions such as overseeing archival retention of all official correspondence applicable to the program, engage with program teams on development of CDRLs, manage travel requests and approvals, interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) to provide official Contractor responses as required, engage internally and externally on billing matters, and provide export guidance for supply support personnel in the field
- Contribute to PMR and other conference materials, address changes under the contract and support equitable adjustment proposal preparation, process bilateral and modifications, participate in IPTs, and work actions arising from IPTs. Contractor shall interface with the COR, address property management matters that arise, review Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSRs), respond to customer inputs, and distribute CFSRs
- Interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and PCO to provide official responses as required.
- Engage internally and externally on billing matters.
- Provide export guidance for supply support personnel in the field.
- Contribute to PMR and other conference materials.
- Address changes under the contract and support equitable adjustment proposal preparation.
- Process bilateral and modifications, participate in IPTs and work actions arising from IPTs.
- Interface with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Address property management matters that arise.
- Review CFSRs.
- Respond to customer inputs and distribute CFSRs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related Business field.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- An eagerness to identify opportunities, find solutions, execute plans, and evaluate results critically and expediently.
- Ability to manage performance and mitigate associated risks to quality, schedule, and cost.
- Ability to work independently and assess, prioritize, and drive issues to closure.
- Ability to multitask and address/solve complex issues; pay strict attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare and review various agreements (subcontracts, consulting agreement, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements)
- Possess strong organization, planning, verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of terms and conditions negotiations is a must for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
