The Opportunity: We are looking for a External Communications Manager to tell Delve’s story and market an industry-changing firm through a range of thought leadership and content production marketed across digital media and other channels.


Who You Are:

  • A compelling writer who is good at connecting the dots between policy, politics, and commerce in clear and concise narratives
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience and a passion for content marketing and strategic communications
  • Who has their pulse on current events and policy discussions for which Delve can provide insights
  • Never stops thinking of new and creative ways for our contributions to those discussions to reach and engage potential clients, partners, and industry influencerss
  • And can adopt the style, tone, and voice of various thought leaders and types of content

What The Job Is: As the External Communications Manager, you will build and implement our external communications strategy as the principal author of our thought leadership and other public-facing content in collaboration with our CEO, team leaders, and external relations coordinator, including:

  • Building and managing our content/editorial calendar that ensures a consistent flow of compelling, useful insights reaches our current and potential clients and strategic partners
  • Drafting thought leadership and marketing content (including our widely-read weekly newsletter, op-eds, blog posts, eBooks, talking points, webinars, social media posts, etc.)
  • Disseminating our content through email, social, blog, and press channels (including compiling press lists and pitching op-eds and Delve’s executives to the press and bookers)
  • Managing content marketing campaigns from start to finish to generate leads and maintain key relationships
  • Tracking, measuring, and optimizing all content (e.g. Google Analytics, ROI, SEO, and all of your other favorite marketing acronyms)
