Job Title: Experienced Clinical Nurse Manager - CPCU In Bangor, Maine
Are you an experienced Nurse Manager with a passion for delivering safe and quality patient care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our healthcare facility in Bangor, ME is seeking an Experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU). As per state mandate, all healthcare workers must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services 24/7, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing human resources and financial resources. You will also play a critical role in achieving key performance metrics such as patient satisfaction, employee engagement, patient outcomes, and staff retention.
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree preferred
Active State of Maine RN License
BLS and ACLS certifications
3 years Nurse Manager experience in cardiac nursing
