Job Title: Bartender

Department: Bar & FOH

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties

may be assigned.

• 
  Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders accurately and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Help plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving classic cocktails and Los Charros
• Specialty cocktails
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before to customers and employees.

Ability to problem solve by making educated decision by using standardized situations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

• Time management
• Multitasking
• Ability to deal with high pressure and fast paced environment
• Basic to advanced culinary skills

Education/Experience:

1 to 3 years related experience or training.

Salary: $14 per hour, $8.23 in cash wages plus tips

Tuesday to Saturday
