What is WonderWorks?

WonderWorks is a hands-on theme park for your mind! We feature over 100 interactive exhibits to spark your imagination and creativity! We want our guests and team members to “Let Your Imagination Run Wild” in one of our 6 theme parks: we are in Orlando, FL; Pigeon Forge, TN; Panama City Beach, FL; Myrtle Beach, SC; Syracuse, NY, and now Branson, MO!

Joining Our Wonder Works Panama City Beach Team:

This is a full time or part-time position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet and interact with guests in the assigned Exhibit
• Ability to explain and operate all exhibits in a safe manner
• Guide and direct guests through the attraction, answering questions and providing helpful information
• Maintain a dazzling attraction appearance by helping with exhibit clean-up and custodial support
• Refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty
• Follow checklist for required duties and timelines
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Exhibits
• Support other team members when needed to keep fellow team members and guests happy and safe!

Additional Skills & Abilities:

• Possess excellent verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable approaching people you do not know and engage them in conversation
• Be comfortable working indoors and standing for long periods of time

Minimum requirements: Previous theme park, entertainment, hospitality, and/or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to multi-task, work with limited supervision and make reasonable and ethical decisions quickly. On-the-job training is provided upon joining, and night, holiday, and weekend availability is needed, too.

While performing the duties of this job, an employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift from 10 pounds up to 50+ pounds.
