Executive Technology Support Specialist - PC Support
Florham Park, NJ
Salary: $45 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
We are looking for an Executive Level Assistant with experience in PC support and desktop support to support our CEO and executive level leadership. The successful candidate will be on-site at our location in Florham Park, NJ. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Provide PC support and desktop support to the CEO and executive level leadership- Configure and deploy Mac computers, Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Apple OS, and Android devices
- Support and configure video conferencing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support as required
- Familiarity working with Service Now (SNOW) or other ticketing system
- Provide "smart hands" for networking equipment and VC Equipment
Qualifications:
College degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting Senior Level Executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
