Overview:
The Executive Director of Growth and Innovation will broaden the impact of V2X technical capabilities by engaging with the market and our customers to tell the V2X story as we continue to become the leader in the converged infrastructure market. This position requires Subject Matter expertise in the Federal Technical sales industry with a minimum of 20 years technical sales.

- Engage with Business Development team to identify new opportunities for growth in the Advanced Technology solution space
- Assist capture team members as a Subject Matter expert in technology solutions for proposals
- Work with programs for successful technical implementations during phase in support of new programs
- Work with program owners to drive digital transformation to enable margin expansion
- Work with Developer community to expand core competence int he Technology services space in order to align with Federal/
- State/Local customer buying trends
- Work with program stakeholders to expand Analytics capabilities to benefit from current internal investments in digital programs
- Ability to travel to project and customer locations up to 50%
Experience:
- A minimum of 25 years experience in a position directly related to business development for DoD and or/ Federal civilian agencies with a focus on technology solutions
- A minimum of 15 years' experience of progressively more responsible capture management responsibilities or in general management with substantial exposure of business development and marketing support activities
- Capture experience in technology sales in the DOD/Federal market required
- Previous performance as a Capture Manager or in a lead capture role on at least 3 winning procurements with individual values in excess of
- $50M each (single award contracts or task orders).
Skills
- Full knowledge of federal procurement process, as well as a strong, proven capability to apply process-driven capture approaches throughout the business capture lifecycle
