Executive Chef
Job description
Looking for an executive chef with several years experience running a high volume A la carte restaurant along with a very steady in-house catering operation. Operation hours are closed Monday & Tuesday. Open 4-9 Wednesday and Thursday, 12-9 Friday & Saturday, 12-7 Sunday. We have a very experienced kitchen staff. The right person will have A+ food cost skills, menu design, solid expo, ordering, staff scheduling and management, must work well with FOH staff.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
