Taylor Chip Events Team Lead

Taylor Chip and is known for perfecting the cookie. We pride ourselves on always having amazing customer service and greeting our guests with genuine, caring smiles. We are looking to continue to reach local people and share our awesome cookies with them ☺ Brand awareness!

We will need someone very flexible for this position. Most events are often on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, BUT sometimes we do have weekday events. Baking for the event may occur on a weekday as well.

We currently have about 10-20 events that we would like to do this year, but would love for that number to grow!

Must be willing to travel up to 2 hours for events. May have to use own vehicle and/or use company van (would be compensated per mile if using own vehicle).

No experience necessary

— Just a desire to learn, ability to move at a consistently quick peace, attention to detail & quality, and the ability to work well with others while serving guests at the same time with a smile

Responsibilities May Include:

- Baking cookies for event

- Lead other team members who may be helping with the event

- Loading & unloading car with event materials

- Setting up event stand & tearing down event stand

- Restock cookie board

- Serving and connecting with guests with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic hospitality

- Taking customers pre-orders quickly and accurately

Required Skills:

• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
