EVALUATION OFFICER

This professional position is responsible for leading, coordinating and implementing the evaluations of systems and programs in order to assess the effectiveness of approaches in achieving the CSC’s sentinel outcomes. The position demands demonstrated project management skills and is responsible for oversight, governance, and accountability in the integration of evaluation activities that support the tactical and strategic efforts required to achieve departmental goals. The position requires interdisciplinary expertise in planning, designing, developing, and managing research and evaluation projects. The position demands the ability to conduct systematic inquiry and use a broad range of methods to perform complex statistical analyses, synthesize data, produce evaluation reports, and provide recommendations to decision makers for use in allocating funds, planning, and refining. This position promotes the use of evaluation both from a system and program perspective and is responsible for information facilitation by engaging in learning conversations with a variety of stakeholders so as to cultivate knowledge.
