About us:BondIT is an independent provider of Fixed Income credit/data analysis, portfolio construction, and electronic market execution technology. It brings together data science, AI, software, and fixed income expertise to empower Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, and Asset Owners through a scalable technology platform that leverages machine learning and data science techniques to optimize portfolios and analysis through an innovative SaaS tool.
BondIT currently employs more than 50 people across our offices in Herzliya (Israel), Berlin, New York, London, and Sydney.
About the position:
We're looking for an experienced sales person to join our client business who can play a key role in contributing to our European sales teams, in particular our existing strong client growth in DACH markets. Our key German office is in Berlin and we would prefer if you lived in Germany, but we will consider candidates from other European cities (we also have EMEA offices in London and Herzliya/Tel Aviv).

How you will contribute:
Sales – acquire and nurture new client relationships to deliver incremental new revenue through a strong commercial pipeline
Relationship Management - act as the key point of contact to our existing top tier DACH clients, alongside our customer success team
Strategy - play a key part in developing our client business plan in Europe and Globally
Manage both consultative bespoke sales as well as product sales (core and edge)
Building a deep, trust-based, and long-lasting relationship with our clients based on an understanding of their business needs
Cross-sell and up-sell to expand our share of the client wallet
Utilize and contribute to our marketing outreach (events, digital, PR, materials) to optimize market presence and lead generation
Work closely with product management and technology
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
Financial markets experience, ideally asset management, fixed income markets, data/analytics, portfolio construction, credit/corporate analysis, rating agency, and/or SaaS
Passion and interest in joining a fast-growing FinTech especially candidates from “old-Finance” who understand the intersection of financial markets and technology
Track record of persistent and consistent client sales success (min. 5yrs)
Strong commercial skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and reasoned thinker
Organized and analytical approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Strong team skills with the ability to contribute across a workgroup through a collaborative approach
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
High profile, well-regarded individual, ideally with an existing client franchise
Natural networker complemented by strong digital media skills
European language skills, fluent English and basic German skills are required
Willingness to travel (restrictions permitting)
Strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral
