Estimating Assistant- to join a growing construction company (National) in Tampa!
The Estimating Assistant will be responsible for soliciting subcontractor bids, receiving, organizing drawings and specifications. The Estimating Assistant must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Job Specifications/What We Expect:
- 3-5 years construction estimating experience.
- Necessity of knowledge in the sequencing of putting together a bid.
- Firm grasp of constructing a project and be able to review plans and details
- Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients
- Willingness to learn how to read Contract Drawings and Specifications
- Must have a strong work ethic
