Equipment Data Specialist, Professional Home Care, Johnson City, NY

United Health Services is seeking a Equipment Data Specialist to join our Professional Home Care Division in Johnson City, NY. This is a BENEFITS-ELIGIBLE/Full Time position.

Shift: Days

Hours per week: 40

Salary range: $16.50- $22.30/hour, depending on experience

Overview

Under general supervision, the Equipment Data Specialist oversees the data entry of the Equipment Management Program, in an efficient and timely manner, and ensures all regulatory agencies compliance guidelines are met.

Work is performed in a variety of situations including close quarters and possible exposure to fumes. Gown, gloves, and bags available for protection as needed. The physical demands for an Equipment Data Specialist include the ability to lift from floor to waist up to 40#’s and to push, pull or drag up to 80#’s. IN addition, this individual must be able to bend, stoop, squat and twist and work with hazardous waste and flammable gases responsibly.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Performs data entry and system maintenance of serialized equipment/asset maintenance files daily.

Generates reports needed for regulatory requirements.

Generates and manages proper completion and flow of equipment maintenance paperwork for Customer Service Technicians.

Coordinates and manages all aspects of return authorizations for equipment needing repair company-wide.

Coordinates and manages all aspects of receiving process for inventory company-wide. Develops, implements, and enforces proper procedures for accurate and timely receiving documentation.

Coordinates and manages all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipment of products to customers and business partners. Tracks and troubleshoots related issues, as needed.

Performs system checks to ensure database is working accurately.

Position Qualifications

Minimum:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

The ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
