True Value Company, one of the world's largest hardlines wholesalers with more than 4,400 independent retailers in over 60 countries, is looking for a Environmental Services Technician (Utility Worker) at our Springfield Distribution Center!
Scheduled Days: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
Our team performs the following tasks safely with the customer in mind.
The Environmental Services Technician (Utility Worker) performs various manual labor activities that may include but not limited to:
Minimum 18 -years-old.
Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice on occasion.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Sweeping and cleaning floors and work areas
- Picking up papers and waste from the grounds
- Heavy lifting and moving materials up to 50lbs
- Making minor repairs
- Mowing lawns and shoveling snow
- Performs janitorial activities, such as cleaning, dusting, washing windows, as well as moving and polishing furniture and equipment.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
