DMCA, LLP, a full service immigration law practice, is seeking a qualified Runner/Administrative Assistant for our San Antonio, TX location.

The position is a full time position and candidates must be available M-F 8am to 5pm.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Accurately dockets government deadlines in the case management program

Timely mail correspondence to clients

Communicates with prospective and current clients

File and distribute confidential information

File maintenance such as scanning, copying, and organizing documents

Receive and distribute evidence dropped off/mailed in

Schedule and coordinate appointments in the case management program

Utilize the case management systems to update and extract information

Prepares correspondence and documents as needed

Runner responsibilities: File paperwork at immigration court, meet with clients at detention centers to complete questionnaires, drop off mail outs at the post office. (Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation- all mileage is reimbursable)

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

High school education or equivalent

1 year of demonstrated customer service

1 year of administrative experience, preferred

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
