Enterprise Technical Architect – Cloud Services Portfolio
The Enterprise Technical Architect for the Cloud Services Portfolio will provide expertise in modern application and service development, testing, security, and deployment processes. This individual will have knowledge of technology service “Product Management,” and understand how enterprise services are best created, delivered, and managed throughout their lifecycle. This individual will have a good grasp of technical design principles and support the development of enterprise services. He or she will also excel at Agile development processes and be prepared to drive them to the cloud service teams.
This will be a highly visible, cross-functional Technical Architect-level position within ADM’s Enterprise Architecture team. The winning candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with colleagues across IT, with fellow architects, and delivery professionals.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the definition of, and management of cloud service delivery methodologies and processes
- Responsible for the definition of, and management of cloud service delivery metrics
- Define and manage cloud service backlog processes to align with delivery methodology and define delivery metrics
- Educate colleagues on processes include product ownership, backlog management, and metrics
- Standardize and Coordinate delivery management activities including capacity planning, and deployment processes
- Align delivery management activities with Cloud Strategy and Services Delivery teams
- Assist with the coordination and planning the prototyping and evaluation of new cloud services
- Act as an Enterprise Technical Architect with EA and support cloud and modern application architecture standards, designs, and reference patterns
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of product development management
- Certifications in agile delivery processes – CSM, CSP, or SPC
- Certification in Azure
- Solid grasp of IT governance and controls
- Knowledge of automation platforms
- Knowledge of data platforms and services
- Strong interpersonal collaboration skills and ability to work across technology domains
- Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate both upward and down
