About the opportunity:
ATG’s Engineering teams are the heartbeat of our global org, and are at the forefront of innovation, having digitally transformed a highly traditional industry. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function for EstateSales.NET. You will build and mentor a small highly impactful team. You will deeply understand the technologies in use and ensure the delivery and quality of software releases. You will work alongside Product & Design teams to build alignment on business objectives. You will also play a key role on EstateSales.NET’s leadership team and contribute to the overarching strategy.
- This is a full time hybrid opportunity in our Lehi, Utah office.

What your contributions will be:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team ownership. Empower the engineering team; keeping them focused on outcomes, managing blockers, and supporting the growth & success of the team.
- Build and support a culture of engineering excellence with a focus on collaboration, performance, scalability, privacy and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product and DevOps to develop the product strategy/roadmap and execute on it
- Modernize and convert frontend features written in ASP.NET webforms and AngularJS to Angular
- Modernize and convert backend features written in .NET framework 4.x to latest version of .NET (currently v7)
- Conduct code reviews for your team in a manner and tone that is respectful, collaborative and helps everyone get better at the engineering craft.
- Update code to use the latest versions of Angular and .NET
- Leverage and adopt technologies and features from the wider ATG technology toolset and product portfolio
- Represent the voice of technology when developing the business plan with the wider leadership team
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent
What you bring to the team:
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing teams
- Ability to work in an environment of change and adapt quickly to evolving situations
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and get excited about working collaboratively to figure out solutions to complex problems, communicating the pros/cons of each, building team buy-in and executing on a solution.

What you will need for success:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of engineers
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with Angular (or a similar front-end framework)
- Experience as a full stack developer
- Experience with .NET languages (C#)
