Position: Drafter I Network Records

Location: West Henrietta, NY/ Canonsburg, PA(Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract Initially

JOB SUMMARY

• The Drafter I Network Records is responsible for the development of telecommunication designs and drawing deliverables in a team environment.
• They are also responsible for maintaining, adding, and auditing data within Crown Castle’s systems of record.
• This involves working as an individual as well as collaboratively with network construction managers, engineers, and municipalities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Utilize resources and references to accurately create, modify, and review deliverables in accordance with specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and design team/engineers to solve design issues that may arise
• Interpret both proposed designs and redlines into standard construction deliverables
• Perform assigned tasks within expected timeframes and proactively communicate risks as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD.
• One (1) + year working in Engineering/Design Department.
• Demonstrates propensity toward technical aptitude, through education, past experience, or in direction of desired growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.80 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)
• Engineering/Design Department: 1 year (Required)
