Qualifications:
Experience and Background:
6+ years of experience in leading and delivering in matrixed organizations and interacting with teams across all lines of defense.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities under constraints
Ability to see the big picture with attention given to critical details.
Strong problem-solving skills: technical competence, opinionated on details, understand the internal working of the TPF platform, and contribute to the vision for the platform.
Familiarity with non-functional and functional testing practices dealing with scale
Familiarity with Offset Cryptograghy and PIN Key Management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to PIN Services
Technology landscape:
TPF Platform
C++ and Assembler
TPFDF Database
Build tool using zTPFGI or Toolkit
Functional and non-functional testing tools
Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our TPF applications, ensuring that they meet business requirements, performance standards, and security requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities for improving TPF applications and processes.
Manage a team of TPF developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the team's productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Ensure that TPF applications comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to data privacy, security, and integrity.
Develop and implement a roadmap for TPF applications that aligns with business goals, market trends, and card member needs.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to set a high bar for the team and empower them to achieve better results.
A personality that provides clarity, execution and balancing the needs for greater collaboration.
Encourage an attitude of collaboration, influence without authority, build mutual trust and transparency within the engineering organization.
Strong Servitude Leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
