Emergency Services Area Office Administrator
Job description
This individual will plan, develop, and implement the programs run out of the Leominster Area Office; manage the office and supervise staff and volunteers, provide case management, support and advocacy while working with families and individuals in need who seek out assistance and services through the Emergency Stabilization and Homeless Prevention (ES+HP) of Catholic Charities Worcester County. Additional responsibilities include completing intakes and assessments, and making appropriate referrals and/or providing services to families and individuals that are at risk in the community, planning and implementing outreach and public relations programs to inform the community of the work of the Area Office.

Requirements:Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in social services, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory or administrative position, OR five years of experience working in a human service environment in a supervisory and/or administrative role, experience working with those served by the area office, one year of case management experience, ability to understand and contribute to the development of the program budget, strong computer skills, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently under highly stressful situations.
