ChristianaCare is looking for a BC/BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) to join our newly opened and expanding 2022 Pediatric Care Center. Will also consider a BC pediatrician with experience working in an emergency setting (GPEM). Our mission is twofold: to provide exceptional care for children, and to provide an exceptional work environment for our faculty and staff. Come join us!

• 24/7, 14-bed unit. 7 beds with capacity to convert to observation/inpatient care.

• 100% Physician staffing: PEMs and GPEMs

• Nursing staff with pediatrics and emergency medicine backgrounds

• Resident teaching: EM, EM/IM, EM/FM, FM, Med-Peds

• Academic affiliation with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University

• EMR: Cerner, with extensive pediatric build

• All imaging modalities, including EMR-integrated POCUS

• In-house and external pediatric consults readily available
