Who We’re Looking For Today

On a small team like Venturi’s, every new hire is critical, so we don’t shy away from setting high expectations. This time around? We’re looking foranexperienced, well-rounded eCommerce leader to help manage and strengthen our various online marketplace sales and advertising programs. We’re searching for a passionate, experienced eCommerce warrior capable of driving Venturi’s digital marketplace, eCommerce advertising, and online data analysis efforts forward. We need a seasoned online sales guru, someone who can keep our powerful online sales engine revving and dive deep into the data when necessary to dredge up sales-driving gold. In short, we need you.

As our new eCommerce Manager, you’ll have your hands in every digital pot; you’ll leave your mark in every corner of our online business; and you’ll ensure that every marketplace program, inventory plan, online promotion and traffic-driving ad program is humming like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be a leader, too – directing the efforts of 3rd party partners as needed to deliver on time, on spec sales-driving support. At Venturi, the online retail landscape will be your canvas - you will be encouraged (and expected) to explore, to attempt, to test and to learn.

Professional Skills & Experience You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant, hands-on eCommerce sales experience – preferably overseeing online marketplace programs, promotions, ad campaigns, and/or data analysis efforts.
  • Hands-on experience with core marketplace platforms like Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com preferred.

· Strong MS Office skills required, with an emphasis on EXCEL.
