JOB SUMMARY

The Ecommerce Customer Care and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing customer inquiries, order processing, merchandise picking, packing, shipping and general inventory management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Successfully uses multi-channel management solutions
• Responds promptly to customers, maintaining a professional approach at all times
• Reads and deciphers work orders
• Processes and prepares outbound shipments
• Consistently shapes positive outward image through quality control
• Analyzes and assists with customer delivery inquiries and complaints
• Stays current on appropriate products and services
• Assists with routine maintenance of work spaces
• Communicates and collaborates on adjustment opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• Two years of experience in customer care, ecommerce or related experience
• Experience in automotive, battery applications or equivalent industry
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Expertise in MS Office

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
