Job Title: eCommerce Customer Care

Reports To: eCommerce Customer Care Supervisor
Location: Hibbing, MN

The E-Commerce Customer Care role is an exciting opportunity to join SIM Supply, a rapidly growing division of Innovative Office Solutions. Are you a Customer Care professional looking for a position where your expertise will be challenged and nurtured?_

Our Customer Care team members are relationship builders, problem solvers and are not afraid to take on new challenges. The daily interactions with our customers occur through phone calls, emails and live chats. This is not a call center, but direct communication with our customers is an integral part of relationship building._

This position does require some weekend work that is scheduled well in advance._

As part of working in Customer Care, some of the daily tasks will include:

• Placing Orders
• Answer Phones and Responding Promptly to Emails
• Assist with Returns Processing
• Track Orders
• Work well as part of an amazing team and Inspire Smiles

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Quick and accurate keyboard skills
• Effective multi-tasking
• Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly to customers and co-workers
• Dependability, it’s your middle name
• Ability to problem solve. Not just independently, but also with a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like eBay and Amazon preferred but not necessary
