Position Description:

Store managers are leaders first and foremost. We are looking for a store manager who can create a strong and enjoyable team-centered atmosphere, and who takes pride in the wellbeing of their store by providing an exceptional guest experience. Our mission and core values are to, "serve and support like family", which means we are looking for someone who is driven, honest, positive, and a team player. As a manager, you will be guiding the store by handling customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation, product preparation, and merchandising. REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of cash handling experience
• Must be 18 or older
• Previous managerial experience strongly preferred
• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
