Job DescriptionThe purpose of the class is to monitor and screen all waste and recyclable materials delivered by residents to County drop-off sites; to assist the public in placing materials in proper containers; to assess and collect tipping fees; to monitor container volume and maintain site appearance and safety. The class works according to some procedures under occasional supervision.
Requires high school diploma, GED or specialized vocational training. Must possess a valid state driver"s license. Requires a short demonstration up to and including one month.
